Welcome To Our New Ambassador – Margaret Casely-Hayford CBE

We’re honoured to welcome Margaret as our employee ownership Ambassador.

A leading figure in UK business, law and public life, Margaret has long been a champion for inclusive leadership, ethical business and long-term systemic change. Her career spans senior roles at Dentons and the John Lewis Partnership, as well as leadership in the charity, education and arts sectors – including ActionAid UK, Coventry University, and Shakespeare’s Globe.

Awarded a CBE in 2018 for services to charity and equality, Margaret brings a deep understanding of governance, diversity and values-driven strategy to everything she does.

At Valloop, she will play a key role in shaping conversations about fairer business transitions – supporting our mission to create employee-owners and build a more inclusive economy.

We’re thrilled to have her insight, energy, and experience helping drive the employee ownership movement forward.
