Visit valloopexchange.com and select Get Started in the top right to subscribe.
3 Choose your plan
Select Connect or Learn for information, guides and templates. Or choose Grow for full access with a Valloop guide by your side.
4 Validate your email
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Valloop to validate your account.
5 Get support anytime
Use our ChatBot, email us, or schedule a one-to-one meeting with a guide whenever you need help.
6 Identify your company
Choose your company from the drop-down list. Matches will auto-generate based on your subscription details.
7 Invite your team
Invite all key people (senior leadership and all business owners). Use the dashboard, complete details, and click contact user so they receive an email notification.
8 Build your Employee Ownership Rating
This becomes your ownership roadmap and is made up of stages: Mission, People & Teams, Sustainability & Ethics, and Business Strategy.
9 Leadership team cohesion
Each leader completes a CV template and a Business Horizon Plan to assess strengths and ambitions.
10 Upload financial documents
Provide 3 years filed accounts, tax computations, monthly management accounts, general ledger, latest forecast, shareholder register, aged debtors/creditors, and fixed asset register.
11 Design your ownership structure
As a leadership team, decide how your employee ownership structure will work: governance, share distribution, and collaboration. Our tools support you every step.
12 Legal documents
Prepare, agree, and sign the legal documents required to finalise the transition.
13 Completion
All done! Your company is now employee owned with Valloop Exchange.
