Valloop has today announced the launch of an innovation in finance and insurance that disrupts the way small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are bought and sold.
Valloop, partnering with global reinsurers, will provide a new type of capital to allow one million employees in 20,000 companies to buy their companies from the original founders.
Valloop has launched its Employee Ownership Platform, which offers an alternative route for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to sell their business and transition ownership. With the capacity to support 20,000 businesses*, the platform can help create 1 million employee-owners, catalysing a powerful wave of social and economic empowerment.
Valloop is proud to be the first business to set up in the newly built shared office space at STOK (formerly the renowned M&S building), following a welcome introduction from MIDAS, Greater Manchester’s Inward Investment Agency and Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.
