If yes, subscribe and we’ll work with you to understand your goals, expectations and potential outcomes.

If everything is on track. This is where the transition process starts to take place. Invite your team and collaborate together in the platform.

This is where you and your leadership team will establish the framework; how the business will run, who owns what, how the team should work and share in the benefits.

Once everyone is happy and the employee ownership plan is clear, you can create the agreements and it’s full steam ahead.
