Our Capital Products
Valloop Equities
In a permanent ownership model, a passive holding of equities is held side by side with the SME employees. Valloop can expect low volatility in the equity portfolio and long-term dividend and value growth.
Valloop Credit
Valloop will house various pools of capital to provide a simple debt facility to support the sale and purchase of the SME on commercial terms. Credit pools will be localised in each country, allowing local investors to benefit from local fixed-income returns. Valloop will receive a moderate margin on debt management.
SME Investor Ratings
We have designed a proprietary investment rating system - over 25 years - to standardise the due diligence process of SMEs and enable scalability.
Continuous rating starts from the very first contact and continues to support the SME post-transition. We use six anchors to identify suitable investment opportunities.
